Santa Fe Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Front Office Receptionist Near Anaheim, CA
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
· We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist in a dental office in Anaheim. Our current schedule would need a minimum of 2 weekdays and 1 weekend from the ideal candidate. The office opens from Wednesday -Friday from 11AM-7PM and Saturday-Sunday from 8AM - 4PM. We service a large Spanish-speaking community so Spanish is a requirement for the ideal candidate.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and Manage charts for patients
· Ensure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properly.
· Manage specialist referral process
· Fulfill prescription orders for patients
· All other duties as assigned.
· Bonus opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have at least 1 year experience with Dentrix
· Must speak Spanish fluently
· Experience with CareCredit and LendingClub is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
